We’ll work with you one-on-one, by your side, watching your technique and correcting it when necessary. The advantage of personal training is twofold: first, you don’t have to worry about finding or creating your own workout program—we guide you through the entire training session. All you have to do is show up! Secondly, working alongside our trainers provides you with an excellent opportunity to learn how to lift weights correctly, which can be a daunting exercise methodology to glean on one’s own.
